Pros

Culture is extremely positive with a strong dose of humor. It's been this way for years too. I've worked with Miratech as a partner and this drew me to them. Experienced, highly skilled employees across the globe. Miratech doesn't dtaff with "freshers" in the lowest cost countries. I'm extremely experienced and have yet to meet an employee that isn't as skilled as the top people in our partners and the industry in general Open minded about suggestions for improvement. I'm not a know it all, but after many years in the industry, have worked with excellent processes & procedures. Everyone at Miratech is truly"all ears" and ready to onboard the new idea Technology for employees works great. Laptop delivered ahead of first day, extremely fast and amazing IT support for two items outside of standard deployment. I LOVE Miratech's employee IT Support!

Cons

Being realistic, none that I've dectected. Being in super high growth mode, will need to consider processes and procedures like staff backup plans. Ad hoc works to a point.
