Most of the companies in Korea, they have very strict rules that employees must follow or they will get fired, but Miracom has adopted the Americanized style (CEO continuously trying to make the company more like the companies in U.S., such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, etc) so you don't get that pressure.

Focused on developing ABAP. Program specs are written by SDS and we just follow. Low difficulty but low responsibility. it seems like employees are recommended to leave at higher grade. Typical outsourcing company. frequently leave at middle grade.
