No incentives under probation, will give you a lot of classes (if you compute it in piece rate, it will go beyond the amount of fixed rate); high standard, low salary. No professional growth, slow progress for newly hired, 3-days automatic closure of account for sudden or emergency absences (no consideration, of course no work, no pay eh)
