      - Interesting projects in some industries - Partners/principals are generally close (accessible) and nice - Better work/life balance than in other consulting firms - Opportunities to work on projects abroad (Europe, LatAm...)

      Cons

      - Low salaries compared to top strategy consulting firms - Difficult to promote to high positions (due to low rotation of those positions) - Low mobility between industries but not impossible

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
