Management only cares about making a quick buck. They treat their employees like numbers. The turnover here is insane. Schedulers staged a walkout due to the tyrant behavior of the president. Unrealistic expectations are set by leadership and employees are punished and degraded by President for not meeting deadlines. Providers are fired because they are unliked by leadership. People are punished and let go because they get sick and take time off. I heard someone was let go for going on paternity leave. When hired they sell this family oriented environment, but then are told and encouraged to fear the business owner who consistently yells and throws temper tantrums when the employees aren’t working up to her standards. The president gaslights her team with promises of promotions, bonuses, additional pay, then doesn’t follow through. Lavish Christmas parties and bonuses are granted to employees but are tied to a retention clause. Majority of this staff are ex-panorama employees who were poached to work here. Horrible, expensive benefits. No schedule flexibility. Unless you plan to make your job your life, run away from this place!
