Pros
Miniclip is an excellent environment to work at. There is so much talent and the company is always looking for that one fit. During the interview process, the company is not looking for the genius that can take the company to the next level but instead a candidate who is capable of getting the job done as well as fitting into the Miniclip Spirit (Work hard, play hard). The offices are accommodated in a way that makes you want to be there every day.
Cons
It needs to be a bit more organized how it handles projects and prioritizing. There is always a time where there were goals but not clear path to them. Having multiple offices across the world, communication was a bit of an issue but it has become better throughout the years.
