Pros
-It used to be a mid-sized company with the culture of small business (emphasis on employees) -Most employees are great people -Good 401k plan -Culture and values USED to be the pinnacle of this company. They still speak as if the company still holds that value however it does not. This is a thing of the past.
Cons
-Mingledorff's upper management is increasingly adopting a large corporate mindset with little focus of employees or morale; choosing instead to focus entirely on sales and numbers. Upper management is increasingly viewing the company's working staff as faceless. -Their choice of health insurance generally changes from year-to-year but the insurance plans are always terrible. Very expensive and little coverage.
