Pros
Great place to get complete exposure of an SOC product cycle. Engineers do take lot of decisions. India director is very strong technically and helps the engineers solve their problems. Would be a stepping stone for engineers, they cannot hope to get this type of exposure again anywhere else, so they should make use of the opportunity they have.
Cons
Top Management is confused about its priorities. Engineers' future is very uncertain. They want to take the credit but not the blame. Recently too much of confusion even with local management. India director should accommodate divergent view points/personalities in his team.
