Cons
The Clinical Education Team at Mindray is micromanaged to the point of exasperation. Field positions require a certain level of independence merely due to the nature of the position. This fact is lost on current management. I have worked for many companies over the course of my career, and never have I experienced this level of micro and mismanagement. The environment for Clinical Educators is one of intimidation, manipulation, and "gaslighting". Current Clinical management possesses a Command and Control attitude that reflects a very old management style, one that does not promote comradery or work-life balance. I would not recommend this company if you are looking to work in a Clinical Educations position
