Pros
Nice collegues, everyone in the same state - depressive
Cons
- Managerial favoritism in job allocation based on whether manager likes you or not
- If you have too much commissions each month they will fire you for costing a lot
- Promises of great benefits during interviews but when youo arrive it does not matching reality such as many jobs and references at clients
- Each year you will see your commissions being decreased
- Big turnover as people go every month or they fire them every month just so they don't give them the commissions
- Implementation of call center-like with KPI such as 50/70 calls per day everyone, irrespective of if you have people to call or not and many hours of calls to be done per day
- Poor communication on LinkedIn and lack of genuine engagement, they have only fake profiles who likes the linkedin posts and try to hype mindquest
- Limited jobs resulting in competition among recruiters to avoid termination
- Absence of effective sourcing or sales strategies
- CEO's centralized decision-making approach, characterized by dictatorship and micromanagement, with access to all communications (mails, calls, messages)
- Difficulty in establishing credibility and presence in the IT market
- Enforcement of outdated recruitment strategies, causing inefficiencies and dissatisfaction among employees
- Misleading recruitment practices by Mindquest, promising ideal work conditions but failing to deliver
- CEO's disrespectful behavior and negative remarks about employees/clients
- Everyone has to agree with everything, or they'll get fired.
