Pros

Flexible remote work, adjustable schedule

Cons

Constantly moving goalposts, consistently adding responsibilities with little to no change in pay. Catty and inconsistent upper leadership, will handle any situation with no commitment to any specific procedure, leading to most decision making being made in reference to how whoever made the decision feels that day. Absurdly high caseload, might be logical if clients were all on the low acuity side, but there are times where over a quarter of your caseload is high acuity, and very difficult to deal with, leading to a job that is very heavy on hours with no overtime. Caseload is so high that customer care regularly suffers and people are frequently lost in the cracks. Change management is sudden and poorly timed. Often occurring during the busiest time of the month, which is the same time every month, adding more stress on an already stressful scenario. “Company culture,” and how it’s represented is almost a complete 180 compared to their actual priorities, which are 100% monetary at the expense of their employees Comp structure is intentionally opaque so they can move your numbers around with no accountability.

Pros

Hybrid remote work/ helping people

Cons

Low employee morale, toxic work environment, micromanaging at every turn —-upper management has an has an extraordinarily high turnover rate both in upper management and peers and care extenders…and very disorganized lording over with a corporate, toxic environment, when behavioral health and mental health should be the priority— extreme micromanaging, and a competitive toxic environment in the workplace where employees were pitted against one another in order to meet metrics —a lack of healthy team collaboration, playing favorites, discrimination, high caseloads, low wages, high job, and role expectations with low pay large amounts of pressure and psychological manipulation towards low ranking employees, forcing them to do the work of case, managers, and social workers, and not training or paying them accordingly and then bullying and coercing them into meeting unrealistic high job demands— do better Mindoula!
