Pros
I joined Mindmade at the beginning of the pandemic after my previous company started cutting salaries and using profit losses as an excuse to withhold bonuses. That is why I left and joined Mindmade. To be honest, my experience at Mindmade has been completely different. Joining Mindmade was a turning point for me. I was able to keep my job during the pandemic/MCO, and the company provided me with financial stability and security. I received the salary and bonuses I deserved, which changed my perception because I realized that as long as I perform well in the company, I can earn a better salary, receive higher bonuses, and even get promoted (which many company couldn't offer). The management has been fair and appreciative of hard work, which truly restored my faith in good employers. The teams here are extremely friendly, helpful, and incredible. They are not just co-workers but friends who are always ready to help. We work intensely and passionately, but we also know how to have fun together. When it’s time to work, everyone is dedicated and focused, and when it’s time to have fun, we know how to enjoy ourselves.
Cons
Of course, there are also cons, primarily just being "busy," but I believe every agency is the same. If the company is not busy, it means it is not earning money, which I truly understand. Because of this, I have built a strong and impressive portfolio here, as the company works hard to bring in diverse and exciting brands. The company's commitment to taking care of its employees is evident, and I feel valued here. They strive to keep every employee engaged and supported. I wouldn't consider leaving this company for another creative agency unless I wanted to switch fields or industries.
