If you are self-motivated, result-driven and like to work independently but within a team framework, this a great work environment for you! - You need to bring a competitive-edge and to drive-results no matter what position you are in. - This company is constantly evolving for the better. If things aren't working, change will happen fairly quickly. I personally love this mentality. -Support- reach out to anyone and they will be there to support you. -Compensation and commission is fair and within industry standards

- Working from home since pandemic - Paycheques showed up - Supportive teammates who got it

Cons

- Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
