Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback around your experience at Mindfield. We make every effort to provide ongoing communication to our employees around upcoming changes through weekly and quarterly meetings and we offer our employees the opportunity to ask questions anonymously, so they may be addressed at our weekly company huddle. We appreciate the honest feedback, both positive and negative, that we receive from our employees via ongoing employee engagement surveys and in exit interviews. We accept that some decisions we make will negatively impact some employees but our Executive team works hard to ensure the right decisions are made to support the long-term success of our organization, our customers, and our employees.
