Pros
It's not to have a flexible schedule that you decide for yourself (with minimum availability requirements). The work is meaningful, seeing how people transform, and you get an interesting job title as a conversation starter. You get to interface with a lot of clients with a diverse range of things they're working on.
Cons
Radically underpaid for coaching work. They pit you against other guides to compete for a raise. They don't respect your time - a client can cancel at the very last minute or no show and you get nothing for it. Clients can also book next-day. There's no sort of compensation for keeping slots of your days per week available that rarely fill up. They don't seem very inclined to keep their guides and are content to have an increasingly rapid revolving door. Most clients want to do treatments in their off-time, which is your on-time, so you may struggle to maintain a social life (and pay your bills). To their credit, at least they're staying afloat.
