Nothing , only pros for management not for employees.They don't give any benefits to employee.
Cons
They treat you like slave, no work life balance,make you work on weekend and no leaves or compensation for that.Manager check your mobile, no privacy at all, Better to continue in your old job rather than joining this company.They will now post fake reviews to overcome this review.
