Tech team is relatively small, half of the work is outsourced. - Zero Engineering Culture - No talks about growth, collaboration - Nobody is interested in making impact - Internal politics - Hire and Fire policy without providing regular feedback - No technical direction - No budget for team gathering - CTO is clueless - No celebration
