Pros
Milwaukee Tool is a special company to work for. Seeing the passion & obsession of ALL employees day in and day out is something I haven't experience before. From the jump, you are given an immense amount of responsibility which for the right person is extremely gratifying & motivating. While the workload can be exhausting at times, it is outweighed by the pride I have in working for this company. Very cool to be a part of Milwaukee Tool's historical success.
Cons
The workload & travel can get exhausting but comes & goes depending on your projects. On paper, the salary & benefits sound great but are not sufficient for the responsibility & workload that is required of most employees. The amount of hours worked do not match the pay. Especially compared to similar companies.
