      Work hard/play hard culture, great products with true competitive advantages, no limit to advancement potential, ability to travel across the country, good perks and benefits

      Cons

      Long hours with some weekends required for distributor events or travel, lots of conference calls, hard to manage all requirements of job in a timely manner

      Great company perks, free food, trade shows, golf etc. Lots of travel, can be fun but also not when it’s 6 weeks in a row

      Super cut throat personalities from a group of people. People that bark the loudest but do the least. Instead of a raise, they will give you free tickets to an event. Lots of travel
