      This site was profitable and productive. Good senior team was in place.

      The key word is was. Now cutthroat with no senior management leadership at all except looking down at the workers who actually do the work.

      Pros

      Little, the focus on these folks is only profit and making their numbers and Bonuses, diligent and caring employees are always battling the senior management folks to do the right things for the customer, environment and customer safety.

      Cons

      Unethical senior management that will do whatever it takes to make the numbers, including shipping defective products and not abiding to ISO, IPC, API, UL and NSF Standards.
