Pros
People are great, full of understanding. Team spirit. If you work hard you will get reworded. You can really learn a lot since the company is very big and the leader in logistics services. Other great thing is that you can change positions within the company so you can be at the place you like the most, and do the things you like and you are good at. The company is developing and growing very quickly so there are lots of opportunities for carrier development.
Cons
The company is far from the Belgrade centre (cca 30km). At the time you end the work (16h) there is a rush hour and sometimes it takes and 1.5 hours to get to the city. It is much harder to get some additional benefits when you are in a non profit sector such as finance (like a company car)...
