Worst Job I ever Had - Specialist Milner Group Employee Review

This job was the worst job I ever had. I thought I was underpaid until I found out how little my coworker made. No one would talk to me so I spent most days alone in my office. Despite asking for help I was expected to run the department on my own after my coworker left the company. If you log less than 40 hours they will take time out of your PTO if it's under 15 minutes or more. PTO is 12 days total including sick leave. This is a family business and you can see the divide. I watched over 6 people leave in the short time I was there. This is not a company to grow in and it looks like the money stays in the family.
