Music environment, introducing instruments to children, and coworkers. We had the best time as staff together!
Cons
Unable to manage properly. Minimum wage (even management), Overworked, refused to pay overtime, bad business practices, abuse of staff, misogynistic. There was staff abuse and it was shoved it under the rug, Took advantage of young workers and their lack of knowledge of labor laws, hid property & assets, one had an affair, sabotaged ones own inventory system, and had very quick employee turn over. We who had tattoos were demeaned - hello, we're musicians!
