Many of the employees are great people who have worked here for a long time
Cons
High Pressure work environment with a lot of turn over in the field offices. Management has a habit of suing former employees who go to work for other transportation companies dues to an over strict non-compete contract. Be ready to put up with a lot of verbal abuse from the owner Jim or Mitch hos son. The previous review is spot on as well. This company has thrived because they provide a service and have specialized equipment which their customer's need instead of being a good company to work for.
