Pros
Working conditions are very relaxed and laid back. People are friendly and nice. Benefits are quite good especially the 401k contributions. You get 4 weeks off within 2 years of working here. You start with 3 weeks off.
Cons
Not as fast paced as some might want in finance. Conservative fund but very positive long term track record. Salaries are not beating the market.
