-Lack of communication from owner -Abusive manager (gaslighting) -Will cut your hours if you have illness (especially if you had covid) -Hypocritical owner/a lot of double standards. -Unfair management: Treats you differently if it don't like you. -Owner/Manager does not listen to employees input. Will cut you off and never listen and just force you to hear its opinion. -Will never give you a raise (unless the laws change the minimum wage) -Some things or most things will be broken/unmaintained -If you overthink things, will consider you stupid and treat you differently. -You can literally physically destroy yourself working here but will still get reprimanded for 'not doing anything' and 'not getting things done' when others are literally not doing anything either. -You may be treated differently if something happens and you file for workers comp. -The owner will be extremely friendly to you. This is a bait for them to get away with other things, watch out.
