Terrible company to work for. No support from HR (UK HR branch is one to two people working from home) No interest in developing the employee No management support Once they get you onboard poor comms All hands and company announcements are performed in US times and not considering UK/EU working hours Most of the benefits and incentives are in US and if you are outside there is a lack Inconsistency in hiring - I did 5 interviews before I was accepted. However my colleague at the time said he only had one despite us doing the same role
