Pros
The work is interesting and constantly changing, the management knows how to challenge you to succeed. Time off is average, but overtime worked can accrue as paid time off (at time and a half! even for salaried people). Lunch is paid for by the company. There's plenty of materials to make sandwiches and cook basic meals with in the lunchroom. Leadership is open and honest with the employees, the pay is a bit underwhelming at entry level positions, but the company provides you with massive room to grow and solid payscale advancement.
Cons
This job is stressful. You will work some overtime, you will stay late, and it is very demanding. I don't personally consider this a large con, but if you can't handle being under the gun you probably don't want to work here.
