      Flexible working arrangements, working from home as well as in the office. Provides a day off on your birthday as well as quarterly paid company 'Refresh' days for all employees. Great culture & team mentality. Regular inhouse and external training provided

      Pros

      Good location if you live near Chatswood and don't want to work in the city.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, like your every move is always being watched. Admin staff were friendly but I heard they have all resigned and moved on. High turn over.

      Great support by senior management with flexible work arrangements. Great work culture.

      Cons

      Many staff prefer working remotely rather than in the office; however we do all connect two days each week
