Pros
The team is really down to earth, yet everyone is super smart and amazing at their job. Catered lunch on Fridays, really open office environment, and once again, the people really make it an awesome place. This is probably the best place to work in Seattle.
Cons
None. It's been 2 months and I haven't had a single day when I've doubted my decision to work here. Would rather work at Spare5 than Google, Amazon, etc., which is a rare thing for a 2 year old company.
