You get to take the work vehicle home because your route is based all around your home location. Your provided with a reimbursemt to use for gas so you’re not spending any of your own money. If you need anything like work boots or safety gear, it’s reimbursed to you. The warehouse is located in Fargo, ND. So when you need supplies for your sites, it’s all right there and always available. They’re rarely out of stock.
If you don’t work, you don’t make any money, so basically you work with all like minded people that actually have ambition and enjoy giving advice to anyone asking. You get on the job training and no boring classroom teaching, so what you learn sticks.
