traveling All over isn't fun but its worth it

Most of the employees and clients are great to work with! Overtime is usually available.

No communication and no clear way to reach out to higher ups or corporate. "Policy manual" changes to meet corporates needs. Higher ups will throw you under the bus any time these is the slightest problem or complaint. Employees are never given praise or appreciation, only receive negative feedback and remarks. Management and higher ups are very negative and create a hostile work environment.
