Great leadership. Family like mentality. Advancement opportunities are plentiful with even more to come in 2016.

By nature I am not one to complain. But if I was one to complain; I can't think of a single con to working here!

Learning from the Managers at Midwest Infinity Group has been really awesome. I got my degree in Marketing and have worked sales jobs ever since I can remember. Working here is a different experience because it's not just about selling. The management trainee program is structured very well, and the employee I replaced in the program was only in the program for about 6 months before he moved up in the Company so that has been reassuring.

I don't really see any downside to working here. The pay and benefits are good, and I enjoy working with my co-workers. Management has an open door policy, and really promotes speaking your mind, and sharing ideas.
