If you get to work with Dumitru S (with one of the worst PMs ever), run from this company as further as possible (A LOT OF MENTAL HARASSMENT at WORKPLACE (seen it while walking near)) LABOUR EXPLOIT ON MAXIMUM PIZZA PARTY and fruits ARE A LIE NO GYM ABONAMENT AS PROMISED, just after 1 year of work here MENTAL HARASSMENT (a lot and often) seen from superiors and directors during working period (especially seen from the PM mentioned above) Applied as Graphig designer, interviewed as Video Editor, contract mentions that I am UI/UX Designer and the scam consists that in the contract states that I have responsabilities of a graphic design too) Company earns millions on scam games, but pay less than minimum standards on the market (most Unity dev salaries are EUR: 400-500) (the fact that they are juniors is not a reason to pay such small salary) Small salary (in other Teams the situation is better, but not in the team I was) Bad PM (very, very, and again very bad) with bad tastes (and the team leaders have even worse tastes and saller logic and knowledge); First words when I came were: "forget about any graphic design standarts and rules" Small salary for a lot of Duties and Responabilities Beside my job, I was doing Unity, Graphic Design and UI/UX for for the aprox. equivalent of 620EUR (and for parking lot you pay as well, it is not provided by company as mentioned initially, after 2 months they just help with 50% of the cost). Even thought directors have dividents of parking lot company where is the office. First 2 Months they do not pay officially, and it is not considered as test period (you need to work another 6 months to be able to get a vacation) - so this company is a scam for government as well When you request a day off, you need to recover the time with to recover full time job time (lunch time included) Their Social media lies in everything they do (every post that this company is a family - it is clear lie, the situation is not so bad as it is at UNIFUN, but, it is not good as well) In the ending I will add the fact that affected me deep to the bones: Attitude of the superiors and the fact that workers are overused
