Awesome corporate culture in Middlefield Banc

A lot of work, not enough diversity

some of the ladies at the locations are nice, being a float means not being at one bank too long so you dont get dragged into the "drama"

the HR doesn't really stick up for the employees- higher ups are rude(mainly women)- because of being a float each branch does things a little differently head tellers are always telling you you're doing something wrong- one of the branch managers is a WITCH and she is still with the company (2018) ( i still bank there)- high turn over rate-
