      There are a lot of good and talented people. Resources to learn and overall a fun job.

      Cons

      they have some kinks to work out on new programs, as a result there was quite a bit of unnecessary friction which made the job harder than it was.

      I think I made a mistake by taking their offer of employment. There are much better places with better trained leadership.

      All. Only positive is my biweekly paycheck.
