Pros
The best reasons are of course, the commission based salary. The ability to work independently and grow your paycheck. I can't think of any other reasons to work here.
Cons
The downside will include management from the supervisors on up to the top level management. Most of them are incompetent and some introduce themselves over and over each time they come into the shop. WOW!
