Pros
There are good people within management position that make it worth coming to work
Cons
The company policies are archaic and unaccommodating to work-life balance. In addition to breaking contracts, if you were hired fully remote they forced everyone back into the office 5 days a week, as well as forcing their H1-B visa employees to move to a different city after years of establishing a life in other states, they are cruel. They do not offer room for personal growth, any instance that involves HR is not transparent and seems purposely meant to display the power relationship of a large corporation over their employees
