Pros
Great co-workers, the grunt level workers are great. but management demands loyalty and work as they demand! If you say or even suggest something other than what they want to hear. Your flagged as a troublemaker.
Cons
Management are liars and can't see how the company stays in business except by cheating their customers. Management yearly performance review of employees are heavily based on if they like you of not, not fare or even goes against their own policies. They will also screw over employees to make sure the upper management gets their bonuses.
