calm atmosphere, everybody knows your name, beautiful accommodations, great and helpful staff, time to give great one to one care
Cons
Change happens very slowly, some staff have been there a long time and like the way they do things making it difficult for good change, , the best, newest, brightest, evidence based ways of doing things haven't made their way up 295. all communication is given out on days, . We don't use self scheduling on our unit and I was not told that until after I was hired so that totally did away with any of my work/life balance. I never get a holiday w/e with my family. I can't use the benefits because I live in Portland and all of the discounts are in Portland.
