-Pathetic institute AKA office location. -You will never get the mentioned salary in the offer letter that are just numbers printed in the hard paper. -Microweb hired bulk fresh graduates(200-300) each year, and they even don't have space for 20 and then ask for operational charges like cooler charge, fan charge so to filter only those who will end up paying to them. -There's no bond at the time of placement but after completion of training, they get bond filled which end up you paying money to Microweb. -If you try to switch to an actual organization, they ask you a sum of a month salary of a new organization for providing a relieving letter, so at last, an employee is paying to an employer for working there strange thing aha!!
