Pros
It doesn't take long to realize there aren't any "Pros" to working here.
Cons
The field service manager quit years ago and was never replaced. The manager in France tries to help but is 6 hours behind the US and doesn't reply to most emails. You get minimal training before being sent into the field alone. You used to be able to get help from the project manager and the measurement services guy, but they both quit recently. Now your only option is the tech support guy but he's always busy. Issues are constantly brought up to management and they are ignored because they don't think there's an issue. Their only concern is selling systems and maintenance contracts. They have no interest in actually supporting their customers. The worst part is you're expected to fly out Sunday and fly back Friday night or Saturday, so you basically never see your family! Plus you hear about every little thing you do wrong, but never when you do a good job.
