Pros

Amazing benefits, great scheduling and pay, work is engaging

Cons

The owner is extremely unstable and runs the company like a paranoid dictator, and most upper management are little more than yes men. Every employee spends every day wondering if they're going to lose they're job because of a whim. People are promoted purely based on favoritism, and those favorites usually don't make it long before quitting or getting fired when the favor is lost. Every employee is temporary. The culture is horrifically bad, racism, homophobia and sexism are extremely common and always ignored.

The company’s focus on quality and safety is top-notch, and I’m proud of the work we do. Leadership is approachable and listens to feedback, making it easy to communicate and solve issues quickly. Microtech also values innovation and always looks for ways to improve. I appreciate the work-life balance and opportunities for growth within the company. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to work, and I’m excited to continue my career here.

Pros

It's an interesting place to work.

Cons

The corporate culture is bad. There was a boys club vibe. If you weren't included, your pay and advancement opportunities were limited.
