Pros
Great opportunity to learn a new side of Electrical Engineering. I was giving a great opportunity to attend many different types of trainings during the down times. Green horns are always welcome.
Cons
I was warned about the turnover rate by many. Since I was there the CFO left, I had 2 different managers, 5 different supervisors, and 10 engineers left. (In a 3 year span) The lack of the company to work for smaller projects, but only wants big automotive projects. Has caused the business to not have projects on the table many times. And due to this employees are concerned that their jobs are at risk all the time. I was told not to ask colleagues for help. I was not giving the time of day to get help from my supervisor. I was not given any training on how to even use their own systems. Argued with the customers over small things but then let the customer walk all over them on important things
