Pros
Good benefits, 10 holidays/year, lots of vacation hours and personal time. Very supportive management
Cons
Ofcourse the salary could be a little bit higher...and have annualy raises (no gaps). NEPOTISM! Very hard to advance, some (sister, brother, wife, in-law's) will be advanced in a better position regardless merits.
