While still a smaller, growing company, the team has continued to adapt to challenges and overcome them proving their resilience (Many clients are hospitality-related during COVID-19, and they still came through). They understand the new way of handling a workplace where you feel less like a number and more like someone contributing and making an impact on their success. The work culture is welcoming & friendly, and it was common to go out for drinks on Fridays. The benefits package is excellent as well!
