Pay. Expect to be paid well below the national average. In this position at the DC you not only work on PC's, but also Drones, TVs, Servers, and about anything Micro Center sells. You are compensated as a Tier 1 help desk technician and nothing more. When moving through the process to be paid what me and my fellow co workers thought was appropriate.(national avg. which is currently $51,642 here on glassdoor itself for someone with 1-3 years of experience when I left I made $17 an hour with 3 years.) we instead had to wait 5 months for it. The raise was a whopping $0.50 to 4 people... An amazing job that I honestly would have stayed at for years to come but I can't with how upper management treats its employees. When asked about it HR would deflect and blame our personal performance or our managers for the low raise that only 4 people got.
