Pros

Great pay and freedom at work. Which means, like any driver you are on your own, listen to the music while driving, and if you don't mind to be alone, it's a perfect job. No mistakes are allowed because of reputation of this company and clients must be respected or you will lose them. Every business big or small is based on serving the customers and clients the best way , so perfection is the goal in this business. Small mistakes might be tolerated sometimes, but repeating it will not be acceptable. That's why MMS has a good standing position and I hope they will keep it that way.

Cons

You drive with no break or lunch time, but you eat while driving. You add lot's of miles on your car, so 4 cylinder is the best solution if you take this job. Response from office is slow , but they are friendly. .

Pros

Managers were good, helped navigate tough deliveries, medical deliveries are often a bureaucratic hassle. Good company for courier work, they paid decent and were nice to drivers and had good support.

Cons

There just wasn't enough work to make good money back in 2018. Maybe a different story now.

Pros

Consistent work. “Decent pay.” Solo work.

Cons

Not a transparent company by any means, they do a lot to keep drivers from communicating and offer different drivers different pay for the same job. The decent pay looks like it’s fair until you realize how much they keep for themselves riding on the backs of their drivers. Remember that the Drivers pay 90%+ of all the overhead, if it is less than that it is only because of the ridiculous Salary paid to the CEO and the management team. Management says they will do something and they don’t. Management expects a quick response to calls or texts but do not reciprocate when we have questions with the same urgency.
