      Pros

      The pay is above average and the early-out Fridays (with free lunch) are nice. The people that work there (excluding the boss) are great and the work is interesting.

      Cons

      The owner/CEO is unstable and unpredictable. He can be a great guy when you're not the target of his wrath but even being around it is unsettling. It was not a healthy environment to work in and I was glad when he was out of the office. Also, holidays (including a mandatory break at Christmas time) are built into PTO so you don't get much vacation time to get a reprieve.

      We are truly sorry you did not have a positive experience working here. Please know that the company has been acquired and is now under new management. We do also give over 4 weeks of PTO for full-time salaried employees (3 weeks for hourly employees), so we hope the additional time off from the industry standard covers the office closure the week between Christmas and New Years holidays.

      Pros

      The management and team and employees are friendly and fun to work with. The benefits and pay are excellent. The company has fun company & client events throughout the year. Your hard work is noticed and appreciated.

      Cons

      The traffic to the Sorrento Valley office can be challenging at times. But that can be said for any location depending on where you are driving from.

      Glad you had such a positive work experience! Please note that our office location changed since you left. We now have offices in Banker's Hill (near downtown San Diego), as well as in Newport Beach!
