Pros

Good benefits and remuneration in general

Cons

Politics are rampant, fake enthusiasm when hired and over the time, you see their real intentions. People talking bad about you behind your back, toxic colleagues at best, any table talks are superficial at best, expected to eat as a team most of the time when in office and participate in team lunch talks. Expected to know the “need to knows” or “no-nos” when you are just 2 weeks into your role when the manager fails to even inform that in the first place and when you fail to attend a night call (without your knowledge if it is important or not, I did not know it was THAT important), you are faulted for being non-participative and not motivated, that equals to poor performance for them, most importantly, you as a manager fail to inform me that the meeting was important. Too cut throat and non-forgiving culture. Definitely not “the heat place to work with”, stop with the fake marketing of your company as the best because you sucked at even being even genuine in the first place, this company is the most toxic company since I started working. Rubbish culture and fake people definitely not a “family” they claimed to be.

Pros

Great place to grow your career—there’s a clear path to advance and strong professional development. The culture is very team-oriented, with people who support and push each other to succeed. High energy in the office makes it an engaging environment to be in every day. Great leadership that’s supportive and invested in your success.

Cons

Commission can be challenging to earn early on due to ramp-up targets, but this is offset by a strong base salary. As you gain experience and consistently perform, the opportunity to earn commission increases significantly.
